Please note the following for information regarding ordering/pricing/lead times: All orders are submitted to our factory immediately upon receipt and are made to order. Because of this, they have a longer lead time than our in stock items on the site and are not eligible for return. A note on color: since each rug is being made to order, yarn will be dyed in a single batch and for this reason colors may differ slightly from the stock image. Please allow 45-60 days for production and 2-3 additional weeks for delivery, or a total lead time of 9-12 weeks. Due to size restrictions, we are not able to offer any custom rugs larger than 6’x9’ outside the US at this time. Any international orders of 8’x10’ or 9’x12’ will be automatically canceled.
